Outlook
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the resulting economic uncertainty, TriMas withdrew its 2020 full year guidance during the second quarter of 2020. Today, the Company reinstated certain 2020 full year guidance amounts, which assume there are no further significant, additional national or global negative impacts related to the pandemic. The Company noted it now expects TriMas’ consolidated sales for full year 2020 to increase 4% to 6% as compared to full year 2019, with sales activity in the Packaging segment anticipated to remain robust, offset by continued weaker demand for our products in the Aerospace and Specialty Products segments. The Company expects full year 2020 adjusted diluted earnings per share(1) of
