TriMas Corporation Chief Financial Officer Receives Leadership Award for Outstanding Achievement in International Mergers & Acquisitions

BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- TriMas Corporation (NASDAQ: TRS) — a diversified global manufacturer of engineered and applied products — is pleased to announce that A. Mark Zeffiro, TriMas' chief financial officer, has been awarded The M&A Advisor's 2013 Leadership Award for Outstanding Achievement in International Mergers & Acquisitions.

TriMas' focus on accelerating global expansion is highlighted by recent acquisitions throughout the past year, including three in Brazil, two in the United Kingdom, and one each in Thailand and New Zealand, as well as additional acquisitions in the United States. These efforts have been led by Zeffiro and Robert Zalupski, TriMas vice president of finance, corporate development and treasurer.
