Thomas, appointed in June 2025, is responsible for the strategic direction of TriMas and its businesses. With nearly 35 years of leadership, operational and sales experience, Thomas has a proven track record of driving growth, operational excellence and long-term shareholder value. Before joining TriMas, he held several senior leadership roles at a leading packaging company, where he successfully developed strategies to enhance growth, earnings and cash flow, while focusing on continuous improvement, employee engagement and customer satisfaction.

Paul leads the finance function of TriMas, and in this capacity is responsible for financial planning, external and internal reporting, information technologies, business analysis, financial policies, cash and debt management, and tax. Paul was appointed Chief Financial Officer in December 2025.

Jodi is responsible for supporting the Company and its businesses on all legal, compliance, governance, intellectual property, M&A, litigation, real estate, and employee-related matters. Jodi joined TriMas in 2010.
