In order to vote through the Internet, you must be a beneficial or registered shareholder.

- Click "Submit your voting instructions over the secure site."
- Enter your 16-digit Control Number, found in the shaded box on the right-hand side of your Voting Instruction Form, included with the materials you received in the mail.
- Read your Proxy Statement and cast your votes on the proposals.
To vote via telephone, please call 1-800-579-1639 and follow the simple instructions.
To vote via email, please send your vote to sendmaterial@proxyvote.com, and include your 16-digit Control Number in the subject line.
