About Fifth Gear Products
Fifth Gear Products was created in 2005 and debuted the Fifth Airborne, a fifth wheel pin coupler which utilizes air ride technology, at the 2005 Recreation Vehicle Industry Association Show. The company expanded the product line with the Sidewinder, a fifth wheel pin coupler which allows the consumer to maneuver a fifth wheel trailer easier and allows short bed trucks to safely tow fifth wheel trailers without the use of a slider unit. The company then combined these two technologies to create the Fifth Airborne Sidewinder representing a significant advancement in pin coupler performance. They also have developed the Toy Lok, an innovative security device for the outdoor recreational product market.
